Outing – Train Trip to Geelong with Shane

Come and join Shane for an outing to Geelong starting with a train trip from Southern Cross Station to Geelong Railway Station.

From Geelong Railway Station, you will walk to the beach front, via the Geelong Gallery for a short visit to view some of their art exhibition. The walk will cover approx 5 kms.

Plan for on an early dinner at Geelong – fish and chips and a drink at the Geelong Boat house – before heading back to the train to Southern Cross.

There are parklands in the area if you wish to avoid the tourist prices and BYO dinner. The total time in Geelong will be about 4 hours. Leaving Southern Cross early afternoon and back by 7 to 8 pm.
